About Gurdjieff, Ouspensky, and Fourth Way

Described as “the harmonious development of man,” Fourth Way is an alternative to the way of the monk, yogi, or fakir because it works on all levels of the human system simultaneously –  emotional. intellectual, and physical. Its methods use normal daily life and self verified experience rather than removal from the world.

Taught by G.I. Gurdjieff and P.D. Ouspensky during the early 20th century, it became increasingly popular and is still practiced by many varieties of groups throughout the world today.
